This is a private reference site with no government or court affiliation. It does not store official dockets, alter court dates, retrieve case files, or submit documents for a user.

Its role is to identify the DeKalb County Circuit Clerk, the courts that hold local records, Just One Look, and other official access routes, while also displaying third-party tools that may support public-record research.

2. Informational Use Only

All material is supplied for general information. Descriptions of DeKalb County dockets and Alabama access rules cannot replace an official case-action summary, a court order, or advice from a lawyer. Official access is governed by Ala. Code §36-12-40, the Alabama Rules of Court-Record Privacy and Confidentiality, and court orders that apply to a particular file. Rule 401 permits no-charge clerk-office viewing of public electronic Circuit and District records while allowing subscriber-based remote access. Confirm any fact that matters with the responsible clerk or court.

• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. No. Docket data on third-party tools may be incomplete or out of date. The official docket comes from the clerk of court that holds the case.
